Shipping Policy

  • All orders placed with would be shipped through third party courier services
  • All ordered products readily available in stock would be shipped in 48 hours of placing the order.
  • The ordered products that are not readily available in stock would be shipped within 7 working days.
  • only holds the responsibility of handing over the consignment to the courier company in-time from order placement and payment receipt. It will be in no case liable for the delivery delays made by the courier company due to any natural calamities or public holidays. Regional/ local rules may apply.
  • All orders would be delivered only to the registered postal address of the buyer as mentioned on the ‘Order Summary’ page before checkout
  • In case of delayed orders for more than 14 working days, feel free to write to us on, do not forget to quote your Order ID.
  • Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Telengana by courier.

Due to COVID-19, you may experience slight delays in the delivery. We do request you to bear with us in the case of negligible delays.


  • Order Deliveries Will Be Made Between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However, the brand takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
  • Few of our courier partners may request an OTP to complete delivery. This will need to be provided for completion of delivery. OTP will be sent to the number given at time of placing the order.
  • We are not responsible for damage after delivery.
  • For all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of the day of delivery.
